So I was surfing the the Blue Oval News and saw that ford have reveiled a few changes upcoming for 2012 (so far).
#1: Sterling Gray will not be available on 2012 Mustangs.
Instead: Lava Red (paint code UZ from the 2010 F-150 Harley-Davidson) joins the color palette. Lava Red is very dark red. All other 2011 colors remain unchanged.
#2: New interior color for 2012 GT's & V6's: Charcoal / Plum Leather. Only available with the Lava Red paint and only on Premium models.
#3: Switching up some options within their packages. Reverse Sensing System debuts on the 2012 (part of the security package, option code 43S). HID's now grouped in with security package, option code 43T. All other V6 & GT options appear to remain the same.
#4: Not 100% confirmed yet but supposely: Yellow Blaze California Special (color option) as well
I guess the question is thrown up there, "Why dump s. Grey? And out of all colors replace it with another shade of red?" I mean c'mon hahaha. At least bring back yellow, maybe a green, or just leave grey. I don't like camaro's soo much but they do have a vast array of colors options unlike mustang whom like keeping with red, white, black, and their 2 shades of blue. The 2010+ colors imo stink.
Does anyone else know of any other changes? Or have thoughts??
