Why did I just spend 4 hours today detailing the....

...minivan!?!? All it does is haul dirty kids with dirty soccer cleats, food/ice cream eaters, junk makers, etc.... Our street is under major construction, so there is no hope of keeping it clean - especially after tomorrow. But that didn't stop me from giving it the executive treatment. There must be something wrong with me. Have an upcoming road trip, and I guess I always like to start those with a freshly clean vehicle. Am I the only one who does this? You should see the condition of most of the vehicles we car pool with. My kids don't even want to ride in some of those cars without a tetanus shot!

:shrug: I also have used the buffer to polish and clean the fiberglass shower surround in our bathroom. I've been told that is a little odd. :uhoh::ontome:

Tire shine on the kids plastic swing set slide? Yep. (They shoot off the end like little rockets. :laff: )
Zaino the kid's sleds for winter sledding down the hills? Yep.
Buffed kitchen countertops? Yep.
Polished a copper kitchen sink? Yep.

I full out detail Interior/Exterior Weekly...Waxed Monthly and underhood twice a year. No matter if its a beater car or the Stang.....I like to take care of everything i own

I used the polisher and buffing pads on some old wood loudspeakers to clean and oil. Worked pretty good!

I do the exact same thing! I also am guilty of detailing my mower!
