Looks like he was flying it himself and got a little slow on final approach. Some airplanes, particularly jets, can be a little unforgiving if you accidentally stall them close to the ground. Airliners avoid that problem by calculating the exact speed for each takeoff and landing, based on weight, temperature, humidity, wind, etc. Whether private jet pilots do that, I don't know.
