I would say keep it if you can, you have a emotional attachment to the car, and any offer will seem like a lowball because you put the time and work into the car. That being said I would say around $12-13K, maybe up to $14,000 just because in MN mustangs are overpriced usually and you have like $2000 in your wheels alone.

I would keep it mainly because of the parts you have put in. You will feel as though your getting low balled or screwed. 99-04 gt's don't sell for much money anymore even with mods.
Those seats.... I've see them before. Did you but those off a modded mustang member?
As for the car. Your better off demodding the mustang and parting out all those parts. It's gonna take time and you may have to sit on some items. But that's the only way you'll get most of the money you invested back. Not all but more than if you tried selling as is.
Going to sound cliche', but it's worth what someone will pay for it.
First off, take all that money you have in mods and IGNORE it for valuing the car.
The only way they will get you anything is if someone is looking to buy the car exactly as you have it built.
And very few will ever admit to that.
Negotiations will start at BASE VALUE.
Hit up KBB.com and find out what private resale is currently at for your car.
If you want to sell quick, price it at or under that.
If you don't mind sitting on it for awhile price over that.
